Ready for the Christmas rush

[ November 25, 2014   //   ]

Irish independent delivery firm The Nightline Group says that its new facility in Limerick, the largest in the west of the country, will be open in time for the Christmas peak. It will be the third Nightline site to open this year, after the opening of Athlone and Tralee.
Nightline’s CEO and co-founder, John Tuohy says two more depots are due to open in the New Year and will take the depot footprint to over 500,000sq ft. He added: “More than a million parcels a month already pass through our depots and that is set to increase still further during the build-up to Christmas.”
Nightline’s newest location is an 80,000 sq ft site in Limerick and replaces three much smaller depots in the area. It brings the total number of facilities run by the company to 11 currently.
