Phase Two will be available for occupation from May 2017, and comprises 155,000sq ft of warehousing 10,000 sq ft of conjoined office space and a separate 15,000sq ft of office space.

Logistics park development director Oliver Treneman described it as “a unique opportunity for a company to locate part of its operations at one of the UK’s most integrated logistics hubs.”

London Gateway has also achieved full Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) status. DP World said it would reduce delays to cargo passing through the terminal.
