Palletforce focused on European expansion

[ May 28, 2012   //   ]

PALLETFORCE, the network that is owned by its members, has appointed a European Development Director, to further enhance its continental coverage.

John Mckail’s appointment will enhance the European services already offered by one of the UK’s leading palletised distribution networks as they look to open up new markets and new routes.

“Palletforce has become a recognisable international brand and we are responding to demand from our members, to further expand across Europe,” said Palletforce Chief Executive Officer, Michael Conroy.

John said: “Palletforce has a diverse member base with growing European requirements. There are only a handful of competitors offering day-definite, European export and import services. We see a gap in the market to expand our current services and to increase our offering to more countries.

“Our key objective with our expansion is to ensure we remain competitive whilst maintaining the highest levels of quality service enjoyed by our members and customers alike.”

With a background of more than 25 years operational and commercial experience in forwarding, trade development and logistics, much of it in mainland Europe, John has the expertise and skills to lead the expansion.

With this much experience, the Eurozone economic problems do not faze John and his plans to further spread the Palletforce brand throughout Europe.
