Another cog in the wheel for Swiss project specialist
[ February 21, 2018 // Chris ]Swiss project logistics specialist KOG Worldwide – combined with Rhenus Project Logistics in 2015 – has opened a branch in Chicago under the management of its subsidiary, KOG Transport. Having already established representative offices in New York and Houston, this is its third business site in the US. KOG manages international logistics projects with a major focus on plant engineering.
Managing director of KOG Worldwide, Tobias König, said: “The business potential in the US is enormous. The USA is one of the largest economies in the world and many of our customers are already operating here. As a company with global operations, it’s essential for us to have a strong network in the USA too. We’ve taken a further step with Chicago and we’ll continue to expand our network in the next few years
The new operations base will provide project logistics, break bulk cargo and overland, air and sea transport.
