Trial train moves 1,300 tonnes

Flexport finds funding

Start-up online freight forwarder Flexport is reported to be close to securing $110 million worth of funding which would bring its total capital invested to $204 million. It is expanding its cross-dock centres worldwide, having already opened facilities in Hong Kong and Los Angeles. [+]

Bolloré sets up Saudi partnership

French forwarding and logistics group Bolloré has set up a joint venture with Saudi Arabian logistics specialist Bahri.
