An Essex-based company is to launch regular services from the UK and Europe to China and the US under the long-defunct Ellerman name. Ellerman City Liners is operating a fortnightly service between Tilbury and Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen (Da Chan) and Ho Chi Minh and is to add a transatlantic route serving Antwerp, Rotterdam, Tilbury, New York, Wilmington, and Jacksonville. Nurminen launches Kazakhstan rail route

Finland-based Nurminen Logistics has started regular rail services from Europe to Kazakhstan.The first consignment from Helsinki to Kazakhstan started its journey in late November and the next departures will be in December.
