FedEx has acquired RouteSmart Technologies. It will use its platform to accelerate deployment of a common route optimization capability for FedEx operations to improve safety for team members and improve customer service. FedEx is a long-standing customer of RouteSmart, using its Routing as a Service (RaaS) product as its internal route optimization tool.
