Verdion appoints investment guru

Pan-European logistics specialist Verdion has appointed Oliver Kemper as senior investment manager. Based in Frankfurt, he will identify, negotiate and execute acquisitions and disposals for Verdion European Logistics Fund 1, focussing on urban logistics assets in edge-of-town or infill locations in strategic locations in Northern Europe.

He joins from KanAm Grund in Frankfurt where he was an investment manager, and before that spent time at Logicor where his focus was value add logistics investments across Germany.

Verdion’s portfolio includes the iPort inland port development at Doncaster.
