MSC to buy handler HHLA

Hamburg-based handling company HHLA has agreed to a voluntary takeover by shipping line MSC. The Swiss-headquartered line has made a cash offer of €16.75 a share for HHLA (Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG) which has operations include those in Hamburg and Ukraine.
