Arvato completes ATC Computer Transport acquisition

Germany’s Arvato – the logistics subsidiary of owned subsidiary of the Bertelsmann Group – has completed its acquisition of Irish and New Zealand-based ATC Computer Transport & Logistics following regulatory and antitrust approvals. The Irish company provides specialized high[1]security transport, white glove delivery, and technical services for data centre operators, high-tech freight forwarders, co-location providers and Software as a Service (SaaS) companies. ATC also has offices in London, Amsterdam, Paris, and Frankfurt, employing over 250 people. Arvato said the combined entity will offer an end-to-end portfolio of services, covering the entire data centre lifecycle including construction, operations, maintenance, modernisation, and decommissioning.
