Chapman Freeborn signs Saudi project deal

[ January 15, 2025   //   ]

Air broker Chapman Freeborn has signed an agreement with AJEX Logistics Services to ramps up its ground handling and project cargo capabilities in Saudi Arabia.

It said the move was a response to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 programme to diversify the Saudi economy away from hydrocarbons and includes, inter alia, plans to increase air freight capacity to 4.5 million tons per year.

The companies will offer comprehensive airport ground and cargo handling, and management of special cargo projects.

Chapman Freeborn appointed Linas Dovydenas as president of IMEA (India, Middle East and Africa) in November.
