Customs Support Group recruits commercial chief

Jo Cloherty has joined Customs Support Group (CSG) as senior commercial manager for the UK and Ireland.

She has worked in business development roles across a wide spectrum of supply chain businesses, including air, sea, road, contract logistics and customs trade for multinationals, FMCG brands and broadcasting agencies. 

In her new role at CSG she will support customers in dealing with the complexities of customs clearance and looking closely at how technology can streamline the process.  

She will be sharing her expertise on a live Supply Chain Talk podcast on 5 February, looking at customs compliance risk reduction and how AI-driven tools can enhance duty management, streamline customs processes and ensure shared accountability. 

CSG recently added its 14^th country hub in Europe with the addition of Harold and Haroldson in Norway.
