Militzer & Münch new Belgium arm to spearhead Maghreb push

Militzer & Münch has opened a Belgium arm to support, in particular, traffic to the Maghreb countries of North Africa. The new M&M Belgique, an M&M France subsidiary, will initially focus on building strong connections between the Benelux region and Tunisia, Morocco and Algeria. In a second step, it will also develop groupage to and from Turkey, Greece, Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

The new company is headquartered in Mouscron in western Belgium, close to the French border with cross docking, warehousing and logistics services handled at Oudenaarde, about 35km away. Managing director is experienced logistician, Teddy Vandevyvere.
