Ceva to buy Turkey’s Borusan Tedarik

CEVA Logistics, a subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Turkish company Borusan Tedarik, for US $440 million, subject to conditions and regulatory approvals.

With roots going back more than 50 years, Borusan Tedarik offers contract logistics, finished vehicle logistics, full truckload and less than truckload ground transport, air and ocean freight and customs. It had gross revenue of $567 million in 2024 and employs about 4,000 people. The deal includes Borusan Tedarik subsidiaries in Germany, Bulgaria, Hong Kong and China. The acquisition would nearly double the size of CEVA’s domestic warehousing and distribution operations in Turkey, ADDING around 570,000sq m to its existing 620,000sq m.
