Pall-Ex signs megahub deal

Pall-Ex has signed an £80 million deal with property developer and investor, Barberry for a new group HQ and flagship hub operation at Bardon near junction 22 of the M1, in Leicestershire.

The Centre of Excellence will cover 408,000sq ft on a 35-acre site and will house Pall-Ex’s UK and European headquarters.  Construction is scheduled to begin construction later this year and the network is aiming for EPC A+ and BREEAM Excellent accreditation.
