Hanseatic Global Terminals sets up Latam arm

Hanseatic Global Terminals has launched a Latin America arm, its first-ever regional expansion. It has set up at regional headquarters in Santiago, Chile, which will serve as the operational hub for North and South America. Founded in 2024, Hanseatic Global Terminals is an independent entity within the Hapag-Lloyd Group, focusing on terminals and infrastructure. In its Strategy 2030 it plans to expand from 21 to approximately 30 terminals worldwide.
