Williams Shipping buys Aberdeen’s GIF Transport

Southampton-headquartered Williams Shipping, has bought Aberdeen supply chain services GIF Transport and Logistics, along with parcel of land in Dyce. The new site will become a hub for several of the company’s core services, including Willbox, Williams Shipping’s container sales and hire business in. Day-to-day operations at GIF will remain unchanged and it will continue to trade under the GIF Transport and Logistics name, with existing teams and management remaining in place.
