Cube Cold starts work on Berks HQ

The Pulleyn Properties arm of pan-European temperature-controlled logistics provider Cube Cold, has secured planning approval to redevelop New Aquitaine House at Theale, Berkshire as its UK headquarters. The project will deliver 10,155sq m of warehouse and office space for medical, frozen food and fine art logistics and will be targeting a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and a Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) of over 17%.

Construction on the new facility is underway and will involve the partial demolition and extension of the current vacant building, with upgrades including new access routes, landscaping, car parking and recladding of retained structures.
