DSV completes USA Truck sale

DSV is to sell 100% of the shares in its USA Truck arm to UTAC, a company set up by former management of the company, which was acquired by DB Schenker in 2022. DSV announced in Q3 2025 that it would divest the business, following its purchase of the German-owned company.
