Managing director of a.hartrodt (UK) Ltd and a.hartrodt (Ireland), Andreas Russ, said: “Joining forces with Horner represents a natural progression in the development of a.hartrodt’s extensive network. It will strengthen our market position and complements the comprehensive range of air, customs clearance, seafreight and trucking services provided by our offices worldwide.”

He added: “Horner Agencies brings well-trained staff on board with a strong focus on seafreight, enabling us to deliver even a greater value to customers of both companies. Furthermore, ensuring continuity of operations and uninterrupted service for customers, suppliers and partners. While preserving its operational strength and creating opportunities for growth, efficiency, and enhanced value for all stakeholders. The well-established name Horner Agencies will not disappear. The company will remain operating as a separate entity and keep on offering neutral NVOC Services, detached from the general forwarding business”.

Managing director of Horner Agencies, Neil Horner, will remain with the company. He commented: “Joining a.hartrodt provides new opportunities for our team and customers. We are excited to build on our shared values and continue delivering high-quality solutions.”
