Accelerate Trade extended

The World Customs Organization, the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development and HMRC have announced phase five of the Accelerate Trade Facilitation Programme. The 11-year old partnership aims to facilitate the cross-border movement of goods and enhance public-private collaboration. The UK has allocated £1.85 million to extend the programme until March 2029. It will focus on delivering technical assistance in areas including Post-Clearance Audit, Authorized Economic Operator, Risk Management and Coordinated Border Management.
