DFDS to add third ship to Rosslare/Dunkirk

DFDS is to add a third vessel to its Rosslare-Dunkirk route and offer two additional weekly roundtrips, bringing the total to seven, from September. The third vessel will join Athena and Victoria Seaways, which already operate on the route. The service was launched in 2021 in the wake of Brexit, which encouraged operators between Ireland and the EU to seek alternatives avoiding the UK landbridge.
