Ceva closes Fagioli buy

CEVA Logistics has completed its acquisition of project logistics firm Fagioli Group following regulatory approval. The share purchase agreement was signed in December. Fagioli’s 450 employees will join CMA CGM-owned CEVA Logistics and will further expand its project operations, particularly in Europe, Asia Pacific and North America. CEVA’s project logistics capabilities have already been boosted by the  earlier acquisitions of Bolloré Logistics and Spedag Interfreight, along with its joint venture agreement to create CEVA Almajdouie Logistics in Saudi Arabia, signed in October 2024.
