Palletways gains European-wide greenhouse gas certificate

Palletways has achieved independently verified ISO 14064-1:2018 greenhouse gas certification for its operations in the UK, Iberia, Italy, Germany and the Benelux.

The verification, by testing, inspection and certification organisation TÜV SÜD,  included a detailed review of Palletways’ greenhouse gas reporting systems and covered emissions from direct operations, purchased electricity and transport activities across the reporting period (GHG emissions in Category 1, Category 2 and Category 3).

The certification forms part of Palletways’ wider sustainability strategy and supports its Find Better Ways initiative, which brings together the company’s environmental, social and business priorities under a single framework.
