Hellmann Worldwide Logistics and MAS Holdingshave opened a built-to-suit contract logistics facility in Kimbulapitiya, Sri Lanka. Six kilometers from Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB), the facility will serve as a dedicated fashion hub within Hellmann’s South Asia network and forms part of Hellmann’s Forward2030 strategy to strengthen its fashion vertical.

Sri Lanka is a central gateway connecting Asia, Africa, and Europe.

The investment also confirms MAS Holdings as South Asia’s largest apparel-tech company.

The facility spans more than 8,000sq m with dual-zone humidity and climate control, and is equipped with solar panels.

The project builds on the long-standing partnership between Hellmann and MAS Holdings, combining Hellmann’s global logistics expertise with MAS Holdings’ knowledge of apparel manufacturing and supply chain innovation to support international fashion brands with integrated, end-to-end logistics solutions across South Asia.
