ASM upgrades Sequoia security

Agency Sector Management (ASM) is to launch a new V7 version of its Sequoia customs clearance platform with enhanced security this summer. ASM’s Sequoia platform is used by more than 450 freight forwarders and logistics companies across the UK to manage customs declarations and related trade processes.

Program manager, Simon Adams, said: “Sequoia V7 reflects that continued commitment, strengthening security and performance at a time when digital customs processes are increasingly exposed to sophisticated cyber threats. We would encourage all UK freight forwarders and logistics companies to review their cyber security arrangements and take appropriate action.”
