Dachser seeks synergy in Canada

German logistics provider Dachser has signed an agreement to acquire a 10% minority stake in Synergie Canada. Founded in 2008 and based near Montreal, the company specializes in air and sea freight on transatlantic and transpacific routes and serves customers in the engineering, technology, fashion and aerospace industries. It also offers truck transport within Canada and to the US. In 2025it generated revenue of €60 million with a workforce of about 100 employees.
