Maple Group grows in Rotterdam

Maple Group has acquired Fladderak Industriële Verpakkingen, expanding its capacity for handling industrial and specialised project cargo in Rotterdam. The acquisition brings the group’s space to over 40,000sq m including 25,000sq m covered area with lifting capacity of up to 80 tonnes and a workforce of more than 100. Fladderak has more than 75 years of experience in industrial packing and logistics and is based in Rotterdam’s Eemhaven area where it operates production and storage facilities with direct access to barge transport. It will continue to operate under its existing name and from its current location.
