ABP opens Immingham HELM site
[ October 7, 2026 // Chris Lewis ]Associated British Ports (ABP) has officially opened its 227-acre HELM Immingham industrial and logistics development site.
Under Phase One, 103,000sq ft multi-let industrial and logistics in eight units from 5,000 to 30,000sq ft for small and medium-sized businesses in engineering, manufacturing and port logistics. They are BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rated, incorporating air source heat pumps, EV charging, PV-ready structures and sustainable drainage,
The wider HELM masterplan has capacity for more than 1.1 million square feet of logistics and manufacturing space, plus 90 acres of automotive open storage.
