AD Ports buys Noatum

AD Ports Group has completed the acquisition of logistics services provider Noatum, after receiving approvals from all relevant regulatory bodies. It paid AED 2.65 billion for 100% of the shares of the Spain-headquartered company. Noatum will assume leadership of AD Ports Group’s Logistics cluster, and will immediately start to integrate its businesses and team of 2,800 professionals into its operations.

Noatum is present in all major global markets, including Europe, Asia, Africa, North America and South America. It also offers shipping agency services and liquid bulk, breakbulk cargo, reefer, and dry cargo services, while its ports business includes bulk, container, reefer, ro-ro and multi-purpose terminal operations at 16 ports in Spain and the UAE.
