All-electric truck takes to the roads

[ August 9, 2021   //   ]

Gebrüder Weiss is using an electric truck to transport traffic for computer firm HP in Central and Eastern Europe, the second zero-emissions truck in the Austrian forwarder’s fleet. The MAN vehicle produces some 50 tonnes a year less emissions than a conventional diesel and can travel up to 150km k without recharging. Gebrüder Weiss also has a hydrogen-fueled vehicle and several natural gas-powered trucks in service and aims to achieve climate neutrality by 2030.
