[ June 4, 2019   //   ]

The Port of Tyne has been awarded the Better Health at Work Continuing Excellence Standard for its Help Yourself to Health’ campaigns, launched in 2014. During the last 12 months, employees from across the business have taken part in sessions including healthy eating, mental health awareness, financial wellbeing, cold and flu prevention, and alcohol awareness. In 2019, the port of Tyne will deliver wellbeing initiatives focusing on areas such as the importance of staying hydrated and encouraging employees to undertake a regular health check.
