Unifeeder made its first call in Grangemouth on its new feeder service linking the Scottish port to London Gateway. The shortsea operator has added a call at the London port to its existing route, which also calls at Dunkerque, Antwerp and Teesport.

Commenting on the arrival of the Anna G into Grangemouth on 7/8 March, port manager Derek Knox, said: “This new connection to London increases the shipping options offered to our customers within the UK and beyond from Scotland’s container terminal. The service demonstrates Unifeeder’s confidence and commitment to both the port and Scottish market by offering a new alternative to existing supply chain solutions.
