Arvato adds another US fashion centre

Arvato is further expanding its US footprint with a new site in Easton, Pennsylvania. Carbel, the US based 3PL provider acquired by Arvato earlier this year, has taken over a distribution center there on behalf of a global fashion client and has been responsible for B2C and B2B outbound operations from the 60,000 square meter warehouse since the beginning of June 2025.

The site has carton racks, hanging garment storage, mezzanine levels, and automated guided vehicles (AGVs). In addition to returns management, which is already being performed from a nearby facility in Nazareth, Carbel will manage inbound and outbound warehousing, value added services, transportation, and customs clearance for both B2C and B2B operations for the client.

There are about 450 permanent staff with additional flexible resources.
