FedEx Logistics has opened a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) in El Paso, Texas, similar to existing locations in Los Angeles, New York, Dallas and Chicago. These facilities enable importers and exporters shipping goods into the US to benefit from duty and tax incentives. El Paso is a key gateway in and out of Mexico and is one of the largest urban areas on the border.
