Batten in the pilot’s seat at Coyne

John Batten will take over as managing director of all-cargo carrier Coyne Airways in September. Batten, who has over 35 years experience in the air freight industry, will be based at the airline’s Dubai hub. Batten joins Coyne Airways from Swissport Cargo Services, where he was executive vice president global cargo for five years. He has also worked with Qatar Airways and spent 25 years with TNT.

Coyne Airways CEO and founder Larry Coyne described him as “the ideal person to take us forward.”
