Brussels clears FedEx-TNT deal
[ October 20, 2015 // Chris ]FedEx and TNT Express confirmed on 20 October that they have been told by the European Commission that there will be no objection to their planned merger, ahead of the expiry of a deadline on 23 October. The two companies expect that FedEx’s offer for TNT will close in the first half of 2016.
