Brussels green light for FedEx’s TNT takeover
[ January 8, 2016 // Chris ]The European Commission has given unconditional approval to FedEx ‘s acquisition of TNT Express. Brussels says the merger does not raise any competition concerns. While approval is still needed in other countries, including Brazil and China, the deal is making “timely progress” and expect to close the offer in the first half of 2016.
