Car trade motors ahead at Bristol

Bristol Port discharged 65,534 vehicles in March, its highest monthly figure since 2000. During April, four car carriers were docked simultaneously in the port, suggestion that the momentum has been continued, underlining the scale and intensity of current operations. The increased activity follows completion of the £4.5 million development of Plots 41 and 42, adding 5,600 vehicle storage spaces and bringing total capacity to 110,000 vehicles.
