Cargonet appoints commercial chief

UK air freight wholesaler Cargonet has promoted Andy Sullivan to commercial director. He will assume full responsibility for regional commercial activities alongside continued leadership of the external sales team and also play a broader role in commercial strategy and day-to-day operations.
