CMA CGM set to sell island interests to Balguerie

CMA CGM has initiated the sale of Bolloré Logistics' activities in Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint-Martin, French Guiana, and Polynesia, In line with the commitments made to the European Commission and the Polynesian Competition Authority for its takeover of the French-owned forwarding company.
