Celebrations all-round at Cargo-partner

[ October 10, 2023   //   ]

While Austrian-based transport and logistics provider Cargo-partner is celebrating its 40th anniversary worldwide, it’s also many happy returns for many of its country organizations in Eastern Europe. For example, the Czech and the Slovakian branches have reached their thirties and Bulgaria two decades in operation.

On 5 October Cargo-partner Bulgaria hosted a customer celebration at its iLogistics Center Sofia.

Founder and chief executive, Stefan Krauter, said: “We were among the first Austrian companies to acknowledge the market potential of Eastern Europe, following the fall of the Iron Curtain. Thus began our expansion to other airports in the region, including Bulgaria. Two decades ago, we recognized Bulgaria’s strategic importance, with the Sofia airport playing a key role for our pan-European distribution. As we face today’s challenges of digitalization and globalization, we remain committed to fostering growth, innovation, and collaboration in the vibrant logistics landscape of Eastern Europe.”

Bosnia and Herzegovina are celebrating their 15 birthday and Türkiye: fifth anniversary, the latter by opening a new 20,000sq m warehouse in Istanbul.
