[ November 27, 2015   //   ]

CEVA Logistics has opened its Central Distribution Center (CDC) 2 at Shah Alam, Malaysia, 16 miles from Kuala Lumpur. Constructed on the same site as CEVA’s CDC1, CDC2 offers 33,000 sq m of additional warehousing and office space and giving Ceva a total of 67,000 sq m, making it the largest site in its South East Asia cluster. Ceva says the enlarged strengthens its ability to offer fully integrated logistics and supply chain solutions in Malaysia.

The new CDC2 is a double story warehouse facility with direct truck access to 40 loading docks on both levels. It is the first design of its type to be approved in Malaysia, as part of a drive to maximize the productivity of land used for warehousing space and is designed to provide ambient and temperature-controlled storage.
