Ceva goes the extra mile for Decathlon Thailand

CEVA Logistics is expanding its fleet of electric vehicles operated for sports retailer Decathlon in Thailand. Three electric vans and two electric trucks are expected to reduce annual CO2 emissions by more than 100,000 kilograms.

CMA CGM Group-owned CEVA first began supporting Decathlon in Thailand in 2021 when the ground fleet was one electric van and three diesel trucks. The new fleet is expected to operate 5,500 trips per year totalling approximately 900,000 miles.

The six-wheel EVO G9 electric straight trucks, which are 32 feet long and have a gross vehicle weight of 33,000 pounds.

CEVA expects to grow its electric ground fleet in Thailand beyond the contract with Decathlon to other customers.
