Ceva opens Miami free trade zone

CEVA Logistics has opened a 4,172 sq ft (388 sq m) US Customs and Border Protection (CBP)-approved Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) warehouse operation in Miami. It joins CEVA’s existing network of FTZ operations in Los Angeles, Dallas/Fort Worth and Chicago. Benefits include duties paid only upon transfer of goods from the FTZ into the US; duty elimination on exports; duty reduction if scrap/waste while within the FTZ; and major savings on Merchandise Processing Fees.
