Ceva recruits air and ocean chief

Ceva Logistics has appointed Helmut Kaspers as chief operating officer for global air and ocean freight. He joins Ceva from Kaspers Consulting + Investment and he also played a seminal role in the successful transformation of the Logwin Air and Ocean global business; previous positions were with Kuehne & Nagel and DB Schenker.
