Ceva sets up e-commerce joint venture

Ceva Logistics has set up Weavenn, a joint venture with French retailer Fnac Darty and CEVA Logistics in the European e-commerce logistics market. It will offer a fully integrated service combining the technology and logistics for multi-channel distribution offering services such as the complete management of marketplaces, direct sales to consumers and omnichannel delivery. Fnac Darty group has a network of nearly 1,000 shops, coupled with a proven omnichannel model with 24 million unique monthly visitors to its websites, while Ceva Logistics brings its network covering more than 170 countries and its Shipwire fulfilment platform.
