Ceva to set up European battery network

CEVA Logistics has set up a reverse logistics service to transport, store and process of end-of-life electric vehicle batteries andwill create a network of battery logistics centres in ten European countries by 2027. Centres will initially be opened in the UK, France and Spain and the network will be extended to Germany, Italy, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic in 2026 and 2027. CEVA will deploy services including diagnosis, dismantling, regeneration or reconditioning and each battery will be tracked in real time throughout its journey.
