CLdN to take over Samskip services on 29 June

CLdN says that that all conditions have been fulfilled for its acquisition of Samskip’s quay-to-quay and door-to-door freight business between the Continent and UK and Ireland, announced in February. The services will become part of the CLdN network on 29 June. It includes container shipping services between Rotterdam and Belfast, Blythe, Grangemouth, Hull, Tilbury, Cork, Dublin and Waterford. It also covers door-to-door cargo services between the UK, Ireland and continental Europe, including the transfer of the lease agreements for more than 5,000 units including pallet-wide, refrigerated and curtain-side containers and flat racks.
