CMA CGM to buy aerospace specialist

The CMA CGM Group has signed a preliminary agreement to acquire Crystal Aero Solutions, which specialises in aircraft maintenance services for cargo and passenger aircraft. Based at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport and also present in Brussels and Liège, Crystal handles in line maintenance and light maintenance essential to ensuring aircraft operational availability. It has been a partner of CMA CGM’s Air Cargo arm since 2024 and already contributes to the maintenance of its fleet.
